What are filters and how to use them?

We understand that you may be a professional civil engineer and a hobbyist writer and a wanderer at heart.

You can tune the amount of updates you want from each group on My Groups page. If you are not interested in jobs from the Writing group, you may first click on the filter icon next to Writing, then reduce the jobs slider to zero and you will not receive job updates from the Writing group. Similarly, if you are getting too many event posts for Civil Engineering, you may click on the filter icon next to the group, decrease the slider next to events.

Please remember, you can set the filters for each group. So, click on the filter icon for the relevant group first and then adjust the filters.
